Industry leaders serve aftermarket customers

Two powerhouse companies recently joined forces to serve the automotive aftermarket. Advance Auto Parts, a leading parts provider and an ASA Sponsored Benefit Provider, and Interstate Batteries, North America’s leading battery replacement brand, have announced a strategic partnership that will make Interstate the exclusive automotive and specialty battery brand for Advance stores and customers starting this spring.

Advance will feature Interstate products at its more than 4,900 locations in the United States and global locations and will offer free battery testing and installation in its stores. Initially, Interstate’s products will be available at Advance’s company-owned stores and at independently owned Carquest Auto Parts stores.

Through the partnership, professional installers and do-it-yourself customers will have access to premium automotive and specialty batteries, as well as a broader warranty program.
