ASA Shop Members: Take the AASA/ASA Survey on Parts Warranty and Returns


ASA shop members are encouraged to take an online survey before March 14 about parts return processes. This joint effort between ASA and the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association is designed to learn more about the needs and preferences of repair shops in terms of parts warranty and labor claims. Your feedback is important, and the survey should take only a few minutes to complete. Individual shop responses will not be identified; only anonymous, group averages will be used.
