ASA Colorado 2024 Summit was a Success!

Class Jakesorenson Napaautotech HybridandevdrivetrainASA Colorado broke all previous records on Jan. 27 with their ASA CO Summit – their annual training event held at Lincoln College of Technology in Denver CO.

“We were absolutely thrilled when registration exceeded previous years by more than 30% reinforcing for us that we had a very strong technical program and the timing was great for everyone!”  commented Rhonda Whistance, Chair of the ASA Summit Planning Committee and member of the ASA Board of Directors.

Many of the top trainers and educators in the industry came together in Denver including Cecil Bullard, Kent Bullard and Jimmy Lea from the Institute for Automotive Business Excellence, Mike Bennett and George Zeeks from ATI, Frank Scandura from Transformers and well know topic experts in the industry Seth Thorson for EV training, and Tony Salas for diesel repair issues just to name a few!

Breakwithvendors1Attendees were also able to test new products in a hands-on exhibit hall with plenty of interaction and competitive events to challenge the techs.  Thanks to generous sponsors like NAPA , Advance Auto Parts,  Snapon Tools, Petro Choice, WTI, Mitchell1 and Go PowerTrain – ASA Colorado was able to put on a world class event for everyone who attended!

Singer Colton James Makes Surprise Appearance at the ASA CO Summit

Countrysinger ColtonjamesOne additional surprise feature of the ASA CO Summit on Jan 27th in Denver was a surprise appearance and impromptu acoustic concert at lunch during the Summit.

Summit attendees were treated to a mini set of Colton James songs paying tribute to our military men and women and first responders that sacrifice so much daily to keep us all safe.

Colton announced that he has launched a charity called Land4 Heroes where he is raising money to build a lodge with cabins in North Carolina to sponsor veterans and first responders and their families to come and get away from everything for a while and enjoy the lodge.
