Each July, AutoInc. publishes a comprehensive comparison guide of shop management software features. This issue is the most requested of the year and is compiled from AutoInc.'s software questionnaire that is completed by shop management software companies. The questionnaire is organized by categories - including Inventory, Necessary Reports, Labor Functions, Track Technician Productivity, Customers, Vehicles, Scheduling, Invoicing, Management Features and Customer Follow-Up.

AutoInc. is the only trade magazine that devotes this much coverage to shop management software programs. The Web version of the guide provides even more in-depth coverage, publishing the answers to all questions on the annual survey.
