The theme of this year's NACE is "More of Everything You Need to Grow Your Business." Wednesday featured 36 Congress sessions and six I-CAR training sessions to provide collision repair professionals "more" education to help run their businesses. Attendees were informed on topics such as education and recruitment, standard operating procedures, marketing and customer service and new refinish technology.

Today was also the final day for exhibitors to prepare their booths for the expected 30,000-plus attendees that will attend this year's NACE.

HortonWelcome to the NACE Online Daily News, an online report highlighting events of the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE). Now in its eleventh year, the NACE Online Daily News is published each day of the show (Nov. 1-4, 2006). We'll be reporting from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, with coverage of seminars, keynote addresses and trade show activities.

NACE 2006 promises to provide more of what a collision repairer needs to operate a successful business, from its array of management, industry and technical seminars, to its world-class exposition displaying the latest collision repair products, services, equipment and technology. This week, Las Vegas turns into the automotive aftermarket capital of the world. I'm personally excited about being a part of NACE and Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week and meeting the professionals that make this industry so great!

The NACE Online Daily News, the official online publication of NACE 2006, will bring the excitement of the show to people around the world. AutoInc., the official publication of the Automotive Service Association (ASA), is proud to deliver the most up-to-date information from the No. 1 global event for the collision repair industry.

This year's coverage includes the latest news, photos and multimedia streamed directly to your computer screen each day. We're also pleased to bring you another installment of NACE podcasts during this year's event. Even if you miss some of the great speeches presented at NACE, you can listen to the podcasts at your convenience through this Web site, or download the podcasts to any MP3 device.

Starting tomorrow, the NACE Online Daily will begin a live Webcast, streaming real time video from the ASA booth. Log on during the exposition hours - 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. - to watch what's going on at NACE as it happens. If you're at the show, drop by ASA's booth (W3367) and wave to friends and family back home.

It is my pleasure, on behalf of AutoInc. and ASA - the NACE show sponsor - to welcome you to Las Vegas and NACE 2006.

Sincerely,
Colby Horton
