ASA's Manager of Web Operations

Mike Willins, publisher of ABRN, presented the Emil Stanley Merit Award during Friday's luncheon.

Vicki Ford, office manager of J & M Collision Inc. in Troy, Mich., received this year's award. The scholarship is awarded annually to an individual who works in an Automotive Service Association (ASA) Collision Division member shop and who displays a desire to improve their business skills through management education. The recipient receives paid expenses to attend NACE, including round-trip airfare, hotel accommodations and NACE registration fees.

Ford has worked in the automotive industry since 1979 when her father purchased a collision repair facility. She also contributes her time to various organizations throughout her community. She is currently working on receiving her Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) designation through the Automotive Management Institute.
