As chairman of this year's NACE, the collision industry's No. 1 event, I would like to personally welcome you to Las Vegas! Backed by a 22-year history, NACE has truly strengthened the collision repair industry, both at home and abroad. We expect more than 35,000 industry professionals from around the globe to take part in NACE 2004. And with the unique lineup of educational seminars, comprehensive Exposition, and top-notch speakers, this year's event promises something for everyone in the collision repair industry.

NACE continues to be designed specifically for you and your business. Keeping you current and up-to-date on the latest technologies and prodcuts is the overall goal of NACE. Today as you visited the 2,000-plus exhibit booths during Day 2 of the Exposition, you probably noticed NACE's commitment to that goal.

NACE 2004 delivers a winning combination by offering unlimited opportunities to network, and to learn and explore the issues affecting your segment of the industry. In addition to the various Congress seminars and Action Demonstrations that took place, Richard Flint brought his 22-years of experience to today's NACE luncheon, providing attendees with insight into achieving their goals and aspirations. The networking opportunities today were endless.

I also noticed an influx of people in the Claims Processing Pavilion today. This feature, added last year at NACE, provides the latest automated claims processing products, practices and technology. It's great to see the exhibiting companies demonstrate the latest features of their products, and present valuable on-site educational programs using their products and technologies. Once again, this proves that NACE has something for everyone.

Be sure to check the Online Daily News for continuous, up-to-the-minute coverage of NACE 2004. We will continue to keep you informed of the latest events at this year's show.

Sincerely,

Vernon Crump
NACE 2004 Chairman
