The Solution is designed to work with existing shop compressed air systems to clean, dry, and heat the atomizing air for today’s spray paint requirements. With the advent of waterborne paints becoming mandated by government agencies, this new product is easy to use, simple to install, affordable to maintain, and works well with both waterborne- and solvent-based paint systems.
The Solution’s four-stage filtration is outfitted with an automatic moisture discharger. Then the clean air is further filtered to remove moisture content for super dry air. The Solution is shipped complete with a 35-foot x 3/8-inch (inside diameter) spray air hose, as well as a controller, with digital outputs, that allows users to set the temperature of the atomizing air up to 165°F. |
