Our secondary towing program is a complete turn-key solution for auto insurers that supports the release of a damaged vehicle from a storage lot and the transport of that vehicle to a repair facility. Body shops can realize improved efficiency, streamlined invoice processing and payments and reduced claims expense. In addition to the reduced cost of the tow, other expenses such as storage expenses, rental expenses, release fees, gate fees and many other “hidden” mark-ups will also be reduced.
Our high-quality network is contracted and experienced in handling these types of tows. Contracted vendors must maintain their equipment, have adequate trucks and tools to service their assigned areas and keep their drivers properly uniformed. Our network of towers are required to meet strict quality metrics to remain in our preferred network, including consistent arrival times, high level call acceptance and positive results from customer satisfaction surveys. |
