LAS VEGAS — Industry partners I-CAR, the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), I-CAR Education Foundation and National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) held their annual drawing at the 2008 International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE).
This year’s contest winner is Jerome (Jerry) Goodson, an instructor at Fox Valley Technical College, Appleton, Wis. Goodson will receive the Car-O-Liner CR 55 Aluminum Stud Welder and Dent Repair Tools.
To be eligible for this annual promotion, entrants must be I-CAR trained and ASE certified, or they must attend an ASE-certified NATEF career and technical school and college, which also use the I-CAR Live curriculum. Goodson’s entry form was chosen randomly during the official drawing at the Car-O-Liner booth at NACE on Saturday, Nov. 8.
Goodson was notified of his award after the trade show, following his verification of training and certifications.
