What Members Like About ASAPosted 10/15/2004By Denise Caspersen What keeps you coming back to ASA? According to the 2004 ASA member survey conducted this spring, 42 percent of ASA's member shops have been members for 11 or more years. Members like belonging to associations that have appeal, value and meaning. ASA members were asked what they valued about ASA. Results showed that ASA members value being kept in the loop regarding legislative initiatives, receiving AutoInc. magazine and having access to other business owners through various association networking opportunities. Different business owners have different needs. One of the challenges of ASA is to try and meet as many of those needs as possible. For that reason, ASA offers more than 30 benefits. Members were also asked which of the 30-plus member benefits they use most. According to the survey, the ASA member benefits with the highest usage are those offered by ADP, CCC, Mitchell International, Mitchell 1, Identifix, ALLDATA, Cintas and the ASA Web site.
