Sunday marked the last day for attendees to visit the 1,700 booths in the exposition. This vehicle could be found in the Valspar booth.

This was also the last day for exhibitors to demonstrate the latest in automotive technology at their booths.

Welcome to the final issue of the 2003 NACE Online Daily News, published by AutoInc. magazine and the Automotive Service Association.

Once again, NACE has surpassed all expectations. The past few days have been non-stop! The theme of this year's show - "NACE Means Collision Repair" - definitely summed up the event. Between the management and technical courses, Action Demonstrations, keynote address, town hall meetings and the more than 1,700 exhibitor booths, NACE truly offered something for everyone in the collision repair industry. And anyone who attended NACE 2003 will certainly bring something beneficial to their business.

Last night's entertainment featuring the music of country music favorite Wynonna Judd was top-notch and provided an enjoyable end to an informative day. Orlando was once again a great host city and opened its doors to a number of activities over the past few days, including several spouse programs.

The show concluded today at 3 p.m. and marked the end of 21 years of NACE success. Next year, NACE becomes part of Industry Week activities in Las Vegas. NACE's diverse educational lineup will continue to be unlike any other in the industry. As an industry, we should be very excited about the change NACE is about to undergo. If you thought the networking opportunities at NACE 2003 was incomparable, wait until next year when a projected 150,000 automotive professionals convene in Las Vegas. The benefits are insurmountable.

Although this year's show concludes today, the Online Daily News will remain active. Please log on to AutoInc.'s Web site (www.autoinc.org) anytime you're looking for information about NACE.

I look forward to seeing you next year in Las Vegas at NACE 2004!

Sincerely,

Chris Dameron
ASA Collision Division Director
