As chairman of this year's NACE, the collision industry's No. 1 event, I would like to personally welcome you to Orlando! Backed by a 21-year history, NACE has truly strengthened the collision repair industry, both at home and abroad. We expect more than 30,000 industry professionals from around the globe to take part in NACE 2003. And with the unique lineup of educational seminars, comprehensive Exposition, and top-notch speakers and entertainment, this year's event promises something for everyone in the collision repair industry.
Today marked Day 2 of the Exposition. I sincerely hope you had the chance to visit the 1,700-plus exhibit booths that demonstrated the latest in collision repair products. If not, you have a busy day tomorrow before NACE 2003 comes to a close.
In addition to the various Congress seminars and Action Demonstrations that took place, I was most excited about today's Town Hall Luncheon. The luncheon provided a forum for discussion and debate about some of the collision industry's hottest topics. This discussion stemmed from the overwhelming success of last year's Town Hall, and attendance at the 2003 event continued to grow. As a member of the collision repair industry for more than 24 years, I understand the importance of such open discussions. Once again, NACE delivered in improving the industry!
After a long day of Congress seminars and walking the Exposition floor, I sincerely hope you were able to join us for tonight's concert by long-time country music favorite, Wynonna.
Be sure to check the Online Daily News for continuous, up-to-the-minute coverage of NACE 2003. We will continue to keep you informed of the latest events at this year's show.
Sincerely,
Vernon Crump
NACE 2003 Chairman
